Samreen Asghar holds the position of an Assistant Professor at Comsats University Islamabad within the Department of Art and Design. She has been dedicatedly imparting her knowledge in the fields of drawing and aesthetics for architecture and design programs since 2009. In addition to her role at the university, she serves as a juror for Masters and Graduation theses in Fine Arts at both Punjab University Lahore and Fatima Jinnah University Rawalpindi since 2002.

With an impressive portfolio consisting of 6 solo exhibitions, 3 two-person shows, and participation in over 40 successful group exhibitions, Samreen Asghar stands as a highly accomplished professional artist. Her expertise lies in skillfully weaving golden threads through her creations, illuminating them with a captivating radiance. Her journey began with a Master's degree in Fine Arts, specializing in Indian miniature paintings and techniques from Punjab University Lahore's College of Art and Design. Her works adorn the collections of several international embassies, adding to her national and international acclaim. Her portfolio boasts over 1000 commissioned works, each contributing to her distinguished reputation.

Acknowledged for her expertise, Samreen has been honored with invitations as a chief guest for various art competitions. Furthermore, she has conducted workshops on miniature paintings, drawing, and watercolor techniques across several art schools in Pakistan.
